Our Staff

  • Bryan Dever

    Pastor

As Zion’s pastor, Bryan believes that “a relationship with God by faith in Christ is personal, but it’s not private. God designed us to need each other, to help each other in accomplishing his mission in the world.”

Bryan met his wife Janice (Rohland) while serving as Zion’s Youth Pastor from 1981-1983. They were married in 1983 and have a married daughter and twin granddaughters. Bryan enjoys reading (especially good Sci-Fi and fantasy), gardening, and spending time with his family.

Spending time with family, including our two grandsons, Christian and Jalen, is one of our greatest joys. Donna loves to read and watch the Phillies and Eagles. She began her career as a church secretary in April of 1980, serving through seven pastors while starting to drive a school bus for the Annville-Cleona school district in 2003. She drove for 18 years before retiring.

  • carol schaak

Carol was born and raised on a dairy farm, where her love of animals first began. At the young age of 6, she started playing the piano, a hobby that has stayed with her throughout her life. She has been playing piano at Zion since 1988, where she found great joy in sharing her love of music with others.

After a successful career in office management, Carol retired and have since enjoyed traveling with her husband, Neil, whom she has been happily married to since 1970. While she has been fortunate enough to visit many beautiful places, any beach is truly her happy place.
